Yes, you can cancel your order if your order has not been shipped yet. However, please note that a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs incurred by payment gateway providers when an order is canceled.

• In-stock bike orders**: Cancellation requests must be submitted within **24 hours** of order confirmation.  
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.  
• Our automated system quickly sends orders to our distribution centers, which can result in shipments being processed and dispatched before tracking information is provided.
