If your order does not yet have tracking information, please email us at [email protected] to request modifications.
If the item is already in transit, you can still reach out to us; however, please note that changes may not be possible depending on the circumstances.
Important:
- Any requests for changes in delivery must be made directly through Ariel Rider via email, not with the courier.
- Once a tracking number has been issued, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
- There may be a fee for delivery change requests, which we will inform you of before proceeding.
