Can I modify my order or delivery details?Updated 3 days ago

If your order does not yet have tracking information, please reach out to us through our contact form, here, to request modifications.  


If the item is already in transit, you can still reach out to us; however, please note that changes may not be possible depending on the circumstances.  


Important:

  • Any requests for changes in delivery must be made directly through Ariel Rider via email, not with the courier.  

  • Once a tracking number has been issued, modifications cannot be guaranteed.  

  • There may be a fee for delivery change requests, which we will inform you of before proceeding.
