Can I pick up my bike(s) locally instead of via shipping?Updated 17 days ago

We offer local pick-ups from our third-party fulfillment center in Sumner, WA. If you choose this option, you may be eligible for an $80 refund after the pick-up is completed, depending on any discounts applied to your purchase. The bike will be ready for pick-up on the same shipping date listed but will not come assembled. 

To arrange a pick-up after placing your order, please email us with your order number, and we’ll note it on your account. We’ll contact you with further instructions prior to the pick-up date.

If your order is ready to ship, please confirm with us within 3 days if you’d like to schedule a pick-up. If we don’t hear from you, your order may proceed to ship as originally planned.

This does not apply to Open Box models, those (when listed) are scheduled via our team to be picked up at our office in Tukwila once purchased.
