Extended Saddle Installation Guide

Follow the steps below to install an extended saddle on your e-bike.

Required Tools & Hardware

• Extended saddle
• 5 × M6 bolts with washers
• 4mm Hex wrench
• 5mm Hex wrench
• 10mm Seat tool (or 10mm socket/wrench)
• Wire cutters / flush cutters
• Replacement zip ties

Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

1. Remove tail light access bolts: Use a 4mm hex wrench to remove the two small bolts located behind the tail light to gain access to the rear seat nuts.
2. Remove factory seat nuts: Locate the five seat nuts under the stock saddle and remove all five using a 10mm seat tool or socket wrench.
3. Clear cable obstruction (if needed): Use wire cutters to clip any zip ties holding the controller cover or wiring under the seat if they block access to the mounting nuts.
4. Install the extended saddle: Position the new extended saddle onto the frame. Insert the five M6 bolts with washers through the mounting points and tighten them securely using a 5mm hex wrench.
5. Replace zip ties: Re-secure any wiring or covers using new zip ties and trim the excess tails.
6. Reinstall tail light access bolts: Reinstall and tighten the two small bolts behind the tail light.
