To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] from the email linked to your purchase and specify which items you’d like to cancel.  

For in-stock bike orders, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.  

Please note:  

• A 2.5% processing fee will apply to all cancellations.  
• Due to our automated shipping process, orders are often sent to our distribution centers quickly, which may result in the order shipping before tracking information is provided.  

If you’ve already received a tracking number, it’s likely too late to cancel. We recommend acting promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
