I placed an order that didn’t complete but I have a pending charge? Why was it canceled?Updated a year ago

In the case where you did not receive any order confirmation or the payment failed but your bank/card still has a pending charge, please allow 3-7 business days for the pending charge to clear. If the charge is pending, it means we didn’t receive the payment and it might have been a failed payment attempt. 



Payment issues can happen with higher-priced items. Typically it's due to 1 of 3 reasons:

* Daily card limit

* Bank thinks it is possible fraud

* The billing zip code/billing address may be incorrect


For all three cases, you will have to contact your bank directly to see what the issue is. We don't receive any attempts or pending orders, so unfortunately there is nothing to change or fix on our end.
