My order was automatically canceled right after it was placed, why was it canceled?Updated 5 months ago
Our processing system, Shopify, uses an automated system to detect potentially fraudulent orders, categorizing them as low to high risk. Orders flagged as "high risk" are typically canceled automatically due to issues such as mismatched IP addresses, billing addresses, or shipping addresses.
If an order is marked as high risk, it will be canceled automatically, and we cannot fulfill or restore it. Unfortunately, the system does not provide specific reasons for why each order is flagged.
If you’d like, please send us your shipping and billing addresses, and we’ll contact Shopify to investigate the issue and see if it’s possible to reprocess the order on our end.
