What should I do if my bike or accessory was damaged during shipping?Updated 2 months ago

All shipments are insured, so if your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with Order Protection using their website.  


Here’s what to do:

  1. File the claim within 15 days of delivery to ensure it is processed. Claims filed after this period will be denied per the insurance company's policy.  
  2. Document the damage by taking clear photos of:  
    1. The damaged item(s)  
    2. The shipping box, showing its condition upon arrival  


The claim process takes about 5-10 minutes, and Order Protection typically responds within 24-48 hours. Once the claim is approved, they will either arrange for parts or issue reimbursement through us.  


Important:

While waiting for claim approval, we can still arrange to send replacement parts if needed. However, for reimbursement or coverage, the claim must be filed first.
