What should I do if my bike or accessory was damaged during shipping?Updated 4 days ago
All shipments are insured, so if your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with us.
Here’s what to do:
- File the claim within 5 business days days of delivery to ensure it is processed. Claims filed after this period will be denied per the insurance company's policy.
- Document the damage by taking clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box, showing its condition upon arrival
Important:
While waiting for claim approval, we can still arrange to send replacement parts if needed. However, for reimbursement or coverage, the claim must be filed first.
