What should I do if my bike or accessory was damaged during shipping?Updated 8 days ago

All shipments are insured, so if your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with us.


Here’s what to do:

  1. File the claim within 5 business days days of delivery to ensure it is processed. Claims filed after this period will be denied per the insurance company's policy.  
  2. You can file the claim through the contact form on this page.

  3. Document the damage by taking clear photos of:  
    1. The damaged item(s)  
    2. The shipping box, showing its condition upon arrival  


Important:

While waiting for claim approval, we can still arrange to send replacement parts if needed. However, for reimbursement or coverage, the claim must be filed first.


Photos and videos are essential for resolving technical support tickets. If they’re missing, we’ll request them by email, which can delay your case. To speed things up, please upload all required visuals before submitting your ticket.
