D-Class Pedal Assist isn't workingUpdated 15 days ago

The first place to check when your pedal assist isn't working is to make sure that you have the bike in pedal assist 1 or greater. The PAS can get set to zero inadvertently when you are trying to navigate the display.

Next please examine the Cadence Sensor, the disc with 12 magnets on it located at the base of your crank arms near your bottom bracket, make sure it's clean and pushed back against the bottom bracket.

You should also check the cable coming off of the sensor, we want to make sure that the cable isn't damaged.

If you find any damage, or the pedal assist still will not work please do not hesitate to reach out to us through the contact form located here
