Yes. A qualified mechanic must assemble and inspect the bike before your first ride. The supplied tool bag does not replace a calibrated torque wrench.
Assembly also needs correctly fitting hex and crosshead drivers, plus a 15 mm pedal wrench or suitable torque-wrench adapter. Have the mechanic demonstrate the controls, check the bike and complete the approved brake break-in procedure. Keep the assembly receipt and service record.
