Where are the keys, tools and two chargers in my MUDD 72V PPB box?
Find the Mudd 72V keys, tools and accessories in the accessory box. Lift the tray to find both chargers underneath.
Why did I receive two seatposts?
The saddle comes on the long seatpost. A shorter post is included so you can choose a height that lets you reach the controls and support the bike when stopped.
How do I open the shipping box without damaging the bike?
With another adult, lift the outer box off the pallet while keeping the bike steady on its shipping base. Leave the fork attached to the base until the handlebar is fitted.
What should I do if a part is missing or damaged on arrival?
Stop before assembly. Photograph the delivery labels, box and affected part only if it is safe. Send support your order number, a list of missing or damaged items and the photos.

Do I need a mechanic and a torque wrench to assemble my MUDD 72V PPB?
Yes. A qualified mechanic must assemble and inspect the bike before your first ride. The supplied tool bag does not replace a calibrated torque wrench.
How do I stop and park my Mudd?
Release the throttle, stop pedaling and apply both brakes smoothly, increasing pressure as needed.
What must be completed before my first Mudd ride?
Have a qualified mechanic complete assembly, secure all fasteners, check steering, wheels, tires, brakes, throttle, pedal assistance, lights and both battery readings, and complete the matched brake break-in procedure.
How do I unlock and set the speed limit on my MUDD 72V PPB?
Request your MUDD 72V passcode, then set the speed limit from the display's Advanced Settings menu.
