How do I unlock and set the speed limit on my Grizzly 72V PPB?Updated 4 hours ago

The Grizzly 72V ships with a factory speed limit.
To change it, you'll need a passcode from us.

Step 1: Find your MAC address

You'll find the MAC address in the display's Settings menu. Your passcode is generated from the MAC address you enter, so one wrong character gives you a passcode that won't work. MAC addresses only use the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to F, so if you see what looks like an O, it's a zero.

Step 2: Request your passcode

Submit the Off-Road Unlock Request form once your Grizzly is assembled and powers on. You'll need:

  • Your 5-digit bike order number
  • The frame serial number, stamped on the lower front of the head tube
  • The display or motor serial number
  • The MAC address from Step 1

The Grizzly 72V is a PPB for private property and closed-course use only. Wear a helmet and protective gear, ride within your experience, and keep your passcode private.
