1. Check for Error Codes
Look at the bottom of the display for any error codes.
Dissipate the controllers energy, you can view this tutorial on how to power-cycle.
2. Inspect and Reconnect the Front Motor Cable
Turn off the bike’s power.
- Disconnect the front motor cable at the connection point near the front wheel.
- Take clear, close-up photos of both cable ends and send them to our customer support team at [email protected].
- Use a flash or direct light to ensure the pin sleeves and pins are visible.
- Reconnect the cable securely.
- Ensure the connection is fully seated and tight to prevent issues.
3. Check for Cable Damage
- Inspect the entire visible length of the front motor cable.
- Pay extra attention to where the cable enters the front motor.
- This area is covered by a spring that must be pulled back for a full inspection.
- For best results, remove the wheel before checking.
If you find any signs of damage, take a photo and send it for reference.
