Seller Responsibilities
If you are selling your Ariel Rider e-bike, please complete one of the following options:
- Option A: Notify Support Directly
Contact us via our Contact Form and provide:- Your full name
- Original order number
- New owner's full name
- Option B: Provide Transfer Details to the Buyer
Supply the new owner with:- Full name listed on the original order
- Original order number
Purchaser Responsibilities
Before purchasing a pre-owned bike or ordering replacement parts, collect the following information from the seller and submit it through our Contact Form:
- Name of the original owner
- Original order number (or a bill of sale/receipt listing the original buyer's full name, email, shipping address, or phone number)
Information for Independent Repair Shops: If you are a bike shop requesting parts or technical information on behalf of a customer, please have the bike owner provide the original owner verification details above before submitting a request.
