Yes, all of our model's batteries lock onto the frame to prevent theft. The battery is secured with a key-operated locking mechanism that clicks firmly into place when properly installed. To remove the battery, simply insert the provided key and turn it to unlock.

While the locking system provides good security for quick stops and general use, we recommend taking the following precautions:

• Always remove the battery when parking your X-Class in high-theft risk areas
• Keep your spare key in a safe place (replacement keys can be ordered through customer service)

Tips for battery security:

• Double-check that the battery is fully locked by gently pulling on it after installation
• Listen for the distinct "click" sound when inserting the battery
• Do not force the battery out without unlocking it first, as this could damage the locking mechanism
