Located beneath the downtube battery, your e-bike is equipped with an integrated location tracker compatible exclusively with the Apple Find My app. Press the power button once to activate the device—it will beep once to confirm it is powered on.
1. Connecting to the Apple Find My App
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone or Apple device and hold it near the bike's tracker.
- Select the Items tab, tap the "+" button, and choose Add Other Item.
- Locate "OPD03" in the list of nearby devices and tap Connect.
- Assign a name and emoji to your bike, then tap Agree to link the tracker to your Apple ID.
- Tap Finish. The tracker will play a chime to confirm successful setup.
2. Activating Lost Mode
- Open the Find My app and select the Items tab.
- Select your bike tracker, scroll down to Lost Mode, and tap Enable.
- Read the on-screen prompt, tap Continue, and enter a contact phone number or email address.
- Customize your lost message and tap Activate to finalize.
3. Key Features & Capabilities
- Play Sound: Tap Play Sound in the app to trigger an audible chime on the tracker to help pinpoint your bike nearby.
- Global Network Tracking: If your bike is out of Bluetooth range, the Apple Find My network leverages hundreds of millions of nearby Apple devices to securely and privately report its location to your iCloud account.

5. Removing & Re-Pairing the Device
- Open the Find My app, select the Items tab, choose your bike tracker, tap Remove Item, and confirm. The tracker will chime.
- Once removed, the tracker enters a 10-minute pairing window.
- If 10 minutes pass without re-pairing, the device exits pairing mode. Press the tracker button twice to trigger a chime and reactivate pairing mode.
6. Battery Replacement
To replace the battery, carefully remove the downtube battery pack to access the tracker housing. Gently unclip the tracker cover, remove the depleted button cell battery, and insert a fresh battery with positive (+) side facing up before snapping the cover securely back in place.
PRO TIP: When unlinking or resetting your tracker, always ensure your iPhone has an active internet connection so the device cleanly unlinks from your Apple ID account before re-pairing.
