If your display shows an error code, the system has detected a specific electrical or hardware issue. Use the reference table below to identify the code and perform the recommended troubleshooting action.


Common Error Codes & Solutions

Error 04Throttle engaged at start-upRelease the throttle completely, turn the bike off, and power it back on. Ensure nothing is pressing or snagging the throttle lever during boot-up.
Error 05Throttle malfunctionCheck the throttle wiring harness for tight connections or damaged pins. Contact support if the error persists.
Error 08Motor Hall signal failureInspect the main motor cable barrel connector located near the rear chainstay. Ensure the arrows align and the connection is fully seated without bent pins.
Error 10Motor overheatingPower off the system and stop riding immediately to allow the motor internal temperature to cool back down below its protective safety threshold.
Error 25Sensor signal errorTorque or cadence sensor signal issue. Inspect sensor wiring harnesses near the bottom bracket for loose connectors or wire damage.
Error 30Communication lostThe display unit is not receiving data from the main controller. Inspect all main wiring harness quick-disconnect connections between the display, harness, and controller.
PRO TIP: When checking any cable connector or quick-disconnect plug, always power off the bike system and remove the battery packs first to prevent short circuits.
