My Kepler does not turn onUpdated a month ago
When your bike is not powering on it can be a frustrating experience. Below are some basic checks that you can do to remedy the situation. If for any reason the steps below do not correct the issue please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].
Step 1: Check the Battery
- Press the battery charge level indicator button (on the battery itself).
- If all indicator lights turn on, the battery is fully charged
- If some or none of the lights turn on, please charge the battery until fully charged. If you have issues with charging the battery please contact us at [email protected]
Step 2: Inspect the Display & Connections
- Check the display connection pins (on the back of the display). Make sure they are clean, properly aligned, and undamaged.
- Inspect the Tree Cable connectors:
- Locate the green and purple connection pinholes on the Tree Cable.
- Ensure the pinholes are not obstructed.
- Connect the Tree Cable to the display properly
- Align the arrows on the Tree Cable and the back of the display before connecting to ensure the connection pins seat correctly into the pinholes
- Fully seat the Tree Cable onto the display connections to ensure a secure fit.
Finally if the bike is still not turning on you will want to inspect your cables for damage, this video shows the basic process for inspecting your cables.
