    • Original order number
    • New owner's name

      OR
  2. Provide the new owner with:

    • Original order number

Purchasers Responsibilities

Please get the following information from the seller before purchasing and send it in via email to [email protected] when requesting to purchase parts:

  • Name of the original owner
  • Order number

  • If you are a shop requesting parts or information for a customer, please have them provide the above requested information in order to proceed.

We have this policy in place for a few reasons including but not limited to; liability & safety concerns, and security concerns, including unfortunate cases of theft which sadly are common occurrences nowadays. We actually largely implemented this policy due to the feedback from our clients who had their bikes stolen and requested the policy be enforced.

It also helps us verify which parts are compatible with your bike as depending on when it was purchased/produced, parts can vary per gen/version.

Generally, especially with larger purchases, there will be a bill of sale or general form of sales receipt in which people are able to retrieve one of the following: First/Last Name, Email Address, Shipping Address, or Phone #. Whether Facebook Market Place or Offerup, etc., that information is usually easily accessible.
