What is your return policy if I decide the bike isn’t a good fit for me?Updated 3 months ago

For unopened bike returns within 14 days of the delivery date, only the 2-way shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, provided the box is confirmed unopened upon return. 

One-way shipping typically costs $140+ per trip. We’ll provide invoice copies for your reference to help you decide whether to proceed with a return. Please note that once the bike ships, the shipping cost to you has already been paid.

An up to 25% restocking fee applies to unsealed/opened bike returns or improper packaging, but only if pre-approved.  

If the box is opened, returns are not accepted unless there is an extreme case of breakage or malfunction, and our warranty team has approved the return. 

• Extreme malfunction returns are limited to 3 months or 100 miles of use.  
• Bikes with modifications are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
