Please provide us with any possible email addresses that might be associated with the warranty registration so that we can locate the serial number in our system. If you never sent in the warranty registration, we regret that we may be unable to identify your serial number.

In addition, please provide identifiers of your bike, and let us know if the keys, battery, or charger were also taken. Inform us of the city or area where it was stolen so we can monitor for parts purchase requests in that region. Be assured, we do not sell parts unless the buyer can verify an original purchase in our system.
