What warranty comes with the bike?Updated 3 months ago

All of our bikes come with a 1-year warranty (starting from the delivery date) covering manufacturing defects. If an issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a shipping label for the return, inspect the bike, and send a replacement. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear items such as tires, kickstands, lights, saddles, and similar parts. For more detailed information please refer to the warranty page. 

Ariel Rider Bikes’ bicycle components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, battery and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a one-year period from the date of receiving the order. Please note that the shipping label for returns is only provided within the first 30 days of receiving the bike.
