X-Class 52V Display installationUpdated 10 days ago

To install your new display on your X-Class 52V E-bike please follow the instructions below.

• Tools needed:
  3mm Allen wrench

• Time:
  5 minutes

Before starting always dissipate the energy in your bikes controller.

 

Follow along with the provided video or use the written steps below the video:

• Disconnect the display connector
  • Locate the connector with arrows (⇨⇦)
  • Pull the connectors straight apart at the arrows
  • Important: Do not twist the connector
  • 
    
    
• Remove the display clamp
  • Use your 3mm Allen wrench to unscrew the bolt on the display clamp
  • The display clamp works like a hinge - open it to remove the display
    
    

• Step 2: Install the New Display

• Connect the new display
  • Push the display connector straight together at the arrows (⇨⇦)
  • Ensure it's firmly connected
    
    
• Mount the display
  • Place the display on the handlebars
  • Close the display clamp around the handlebars
  • Use your 3mm Allen wrench to tighten the bolt on the display clamp

You're Done!

Your new display should now be securely installed and ready to use.
