X-class 60V - Display SettingsUpdated 7 hours ago
Your 60V X-Class has Settings that you can adjust for your preference or if needed.
Before adjusting any settings, please be sure, for your safety, that your bike is on stable ground and that you are stationary while adjusting the settings.

How to Access Advanced Settings Menu
- While the bike is powered on Double-click the power button to enter the personalized parameter setting interface.
- Use the + or - buttons to cycle through the available settings
- Press the power button to make your selection and save any changes
- Double-click the power button to exit the Advanced Settings menu
P1 - Unit Setting (Speed Display)
Purpose: Choose between miles or kilometers for speedometer display
Steps:
- Navigate to P1 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P1 settings
- Use + and - buttons to choose:
- 0 = kph (kilometers per hour)
- 1 = mph (miles per hour)
- Press power button to save selection
- You will return to the Advanced Settings menu
P2 - Pedal Assist (PAS) Levels Setting
Purpose: Set available pedal assist levels (default: 0-5)
⚠️ Important Warning:
Choosing 1-3, 1-5, or 1-9 will disable the ability to deactivate the throttle (PAS level 0). It is recommended to keep PAS 0 available so the throttle can still be deactivated when desired.
Steps:
- Navigate to P2 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P2 settings
- Use + and - buttons to select desired PAS range
- Press power button to save selection
- You will return to the Advanced Settings menu
P3 - Wheel Diameter Setting
Purpose: Adjust wheel diameter to match installed wheel and tire (default: 24.0 inches)
Steps:
- Navigate to P3 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P3 settings
- Use + and - buttons to select wheel diameter (range: 8-30 inches)
- Can be adjusted in 0.5 inch increments
- Press power button to save selection
- You will return to the Advanced Settings menu
P5 - Boot Password Enable
Purpose: Enable/disable boot password protection (default: disabled)
Steps:
- Navigate to P5 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P5 settings
- Use + and - buttons to select:
- n = disabled (default)
- y = enabled (default password will be 1919)
- Press power button to save selection
- You will return to the Advanced Settings menu
P6 - Modify Boot Password
Purpose: Change the boot password (default: 1919)
Steps:
- Navigate to P6 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P6 settings
- Enter current password:
- Input the old password using + and - buttons
- If correct, you'll see "PAS" prompt
- If incorrect, you'll see "ERROR" message
- Set new password (after successful verification):
- Use + and - keys to input new password
- Press power key to advance to next digit
- To cancel or if you make a mistake:
- Double-press power key to return to setting selection menu
P7 - Automatic Shutdown Setting
Purpose: Set display auto-shutdown timer (default: 8 minutes)
Important Notes:
- This only affects display shutdown, not battery shutdown
- Batteries have non-adjustable 20-minute auto-shutdown
- Always use main power switch when finished riding
Steps:
- Navigate to P7 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P7 settings
- Use + and - buttons to select time (0-60 minutes)
- 0 = disables display auto-shutdown (battery still shuts down after 20 minutes)
- 1-20 minutes = effective range due to battery auto-shutdown
- 21-60 minutes = limited by battery's 20-minute timer
- Press power button to save selection
- You will return to the Advanced Settings menu
P8 - TRIP Reset
Purpose: Clear trip mileage data
Steps:
- Navigate to P8 using + or - buttons
- Press power button to enter P8 settings
- Use + and - buttons to select:
- y = yes, clear trip mileage
- n = no, keep current data
- Press power button once to confirm selection
- You will return to the Advanced Settings menu
Exiting Advanced Settings
Once you've completed all desired changes:
- Double-click the power button to exit the Advanced Settings menu
- Your bike will return to normal operation mode
