What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards and paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept cash, down payments or split payment methods. Financing information can be found here.

Can you declare a lower value on my package?

Sadly, we cannot.

Can I place an order for an item that’s in stock, but request to hold it for a future date?

We do not accept pre-orders or holds for accessories or parts. If Ebikes are listed for pre-order or in stock, you can request to hold the purchase (prior to making the purchase) for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Can I pre-order accessories or parts that are out of stock?

We do not accept pre-orders for accessories or parts.

For pre-order/back-ordered items, do you charge right away or wait until the item is shipped?

If an ebike is listed as a pre-order, you will be charged when the order is placed. There is a 2.5% processing fee deducted from the refund if canceled.

What does backorder mean?

If a bike is listed for back-order, there will be an estimated shipping date listed (that may be subject to change per unforeseen circumstances) and you will be notified of any updates or new information via email.

I placed an order that didn’t complete but I have a pending charge? Why was it canceled?
