What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, down payments, or split payment methods. Financing information can be found here.

We offer free shipping for all of our bikes. However, this does not include parts and accessories, which ship from a separate location.

Can you declare a lower value on my package?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a lower value declaration on shipments for any reason.

Can I place an order for an item that’s in stock, but request to hold it for a future date?

We do not accept pre-orders or holds for accessories or parts. If bikes are listed for pre-order or in stock, you can request to hold the purchase (prior to making the purchase) for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Can I pre-order accessories or parts that are out of stock?

For pre-order/back-ordered items, do you charge right away or wait until the item is shipped?

If a bike is listed as a pre-order, a listed payment will be charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product page.

What does backorder mean?

If a bike is listed for back-order, there will be an estimated shipping date listed (that may be subject to change per unforeseen circumstances) and you will be notified of any updates or new information via email.

I placed an order that didn’t complete but I have a pending charge? Why was it canceled?
