What does the red exclamation mark on my screen mean?

When you see a red exclamation mark on the screen of your Ariel Rider bike, this means the motor cut-off function of your brakes are activated. This function ensures a safe ride and cuts off the power to your motors while the brakes are being used.

My D-Class Motor is making a weird noise

E-Bike motors can make many sounds without there being an issue, however, if you are concerned about the sounds your Ariel Rider E-Bike is making please reach out to us at [email protected].

My D-Class rear motor is not working

Please check the disc with 12 magnets on it, located at the base of your crank arms near your bottom bracket, make sure it's clean and pushed back against the bottom bracket.

It's under the saddle, in order to remove the saddle; take the battery out. Under the saddle, you'll find 5 bolts that are holding the saddle in place. After you unscrew these 5 bolts, you'll be able to take off the saddle and see the controllers und
