Please submit a request via our contact form so our team can provide shipping and payment instructions.

• Inspection Fee: An $80 inspection fee (excluding shipping) is required before sending your motor/wheel to us.
• Turnaround Time: Once received, the inspection process typically takes 7–10 business days.
• Tracking: Please share your package's tracking number with us so we can monitor its arrival.

After Inspection:

• If repairs are needed, we will notify you of the diagnosis and estimated costs.
• Most repairs cost under $100. If repairs exceed $100, your initial $80 inspection fee will be applied toward the total bill.
• We will confirm the final payment for repairs and return shipping before sending your item back to you.
