CRITICAL WARNING: Always power cycle—Dissipate Controller Energy (DCE)—your motorized bike before disconnecting or reconnecting any electrical components. Troubleshooting Steps for Error E28
- Clear Paired Bluetooth Devices: On your bike's display screen, open the Settings menu, navigate to Bluetooth Settings, and select "Forget All" (or "Forget Devices").
- Clear Phone / Headset Memory: Open the Bluetooth settings menu on your smartphone or helmet headset and tap "Forget This Device" for your electric motorized bike.
- Re-Pair Devices: Reinstall both batteries, power on the bike display, enter Bluetooth pairing mode, and re-pair your smartphone or helmet headset.
