How can I order a replacement display for my bike?Updated 21 days ago

To get a new display please reach out to our Customer Service or Technical Support team using our contact form on this page.

The agent will need to confirm the order number and serial number associated with your bike purchase to us via email. 

We want to make sure that you get the correct display, and that the display is the best solution for you. Please provide an explanation of the issues that you are having with the display and note any error codes you are receiving. 

If there is damage to the display, including the connection pins, please provide photos of the damage. 

Lastly, please provide a photo of the pinholes that the display connects to. 



Photos and videos are essential for resolving technical support tickets. If they’re missing, we’ll request them by email, which can delay your case. To speed things up, please upload all required visuals before submitting your ticket.
