The PIN is a security code that you can set to lock the powered functions of your bike. Unfortunately if you've forgotten your pin code, the only solution is to replace the display unit. The PIN is stored locally on the display and cannot be recovered.

As we are committed to ensuring the security of our bikes, we only provide replacement displays to verified owners. This is to prevent misuse in case the bike is stolen.
