How do I buy a part that's not listed on the website?Updated a month ago
Please email [email protected] either from the email you used to make the original bike purchase, or make sure your email provides one of the following from the original bike purchase in our system (First/Last name, Shipping address, Phone Number, or Email address).
We’re happy to assist second-hand owners or shops with replacement parts, but to proceed, we need one of the following details tied to the original bike purchase:
- First and Last Name (please ensure spelling is accurate or provide options if unsure)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- Order Number
- Copy of the Invoice or Sale Receipt
If you’re a shop assisting a customer, kindly ask them to provide one of the above details.
Once we’ve verified the original purchase, we’ll update a note on your profile so you won’t need to provide this information again in the future.
This policy is standard across the motorized bike industry and is in place for several reasons:
- Safety and liability concerns
- Security measures, especially to prevent issues related to theft (a common request from our customers)
- Ensuring part compatibility with your specific bike model and production version
We understand it may be frustrating if you’re unable to provide this information, but we cannot make exceptions for private sales, garage sales, auctions, or similar situations.
Lastly, make sure to let us know which parts you'd like to purchase with specifics (Example: Front spokes for my Gen 2 X52).
If you are requesting to purchase a wheel assembly or rim, please let us know all of the parts you'd like to purchase including but not limited to, rim, spokes, rotor, motor, tire, tubes, etc.
