How do I turn on the headlights?Updated 20 days ago

Below are the instructions for turning on the headlight on your Ariel Rider bikes. 

Turning on your headlight on your X-Class 52V.

1. Locate the Headlight Turn Signal Combo Switch on the left-hand side of your handlebars.
   
   
2. Press the switch to turn on your headlight.

Note: Some newer models feature a running light that remains on at all times for improved visibility.

Adjusting the Screen Backlight

• To turn on or adjust your screen’s backlight, press and hold the + button on the keypad.
• On the Kepler and Grizzly, this will also dim the screen when needed.

*Note this applies to X-Class models prior to 2025

Turning on the Headlight on your Ariel Rider Grizzly.

1. Press and hold the "+" button to turn on the headlight and dim the screen
2. Press and hold the "+" button to turn off the headlight again.

Turning on the Headlight on your Ariel Rider Kepler.

1. Press the headlight button on the headlight turn signal combination switch. 
   
2. Press and hold the "+" button to dim the display.

Turning on the Headlight on your Ariel Rider X-Class 60V.

1. Press the headlight switch on the headlight turn signal combination switch from the center position into the upper selection for "high beams".
2. Press the headlight switch on the headlight turn signal combination switch from the center position into the lower selection for "low beams".
3. Return the headlight switch to the middle position to turn return the headlight to "running light" mode.
