My tire has slipped out of the rimUpdated 14 days ago
The edge of your tire is referred to as the "bead." When the bead slips out, it is important to reseat it.
Lift the affected tire off the ground, or remove the wheel from the bike. While there is no weight on the tire, pump it up until it is semi-stiff but can still be moved on the rim. Locate the thin line on the tire near the rim's edge (the bead) and adjust the tire on the rim as needed so that the space between the rim edge and the line on the tire is consistent around the entire perimeter on both sides. Then, pump the tire the rest of the way up while checking the line to make sure it doesn’t move inside the rim.
