My X-Class Throttle is not workingUpdated 3 months ago

Please note that this guide is for Pre-2025 X-Class 52V bikes.

If your throttle is not working there are a few things that we can check to get you back on the road.

• First, Check to see if your pedal assist is working. If the cadence sensor is working but your throttle is not please reach out to us at [email protected]. 
• We will want to check to see if the motor cut-off is engaged, while the brakes are not engaged. 
  • First, check your display to see if your display is showing an exclamation mark inside a circle. 
  • If there is no symbol on the display check to see if the brake light is on.
  • If either the cut-off symbol or the tail light is on, you can adjust your motor cut-offs. 
    • This article will show you how to do this. 
• If the cut-offs are not engaged check the plug connector to make sure it is snug and secure.
