What should I do if my key is not working to unlock the battery?Updated 22 days ago

If it’s a dual battery bike, please make sure you are using the proper key for that battery as the batteries are not typically keyed alike.

If you’re sure it’s the right key and it doesn’t turn at all, please try moving the key in and out some while trying to turn it, but do not force it. 

If the key turns but the battery doesn’t release, kindly try wiggling the battery around some to release any tension that may be on the locking pin.
