DUAL BATTERY MODELS: Dual-battery electric motorized bikes are typically not keyed alike. Please ensure you are using the specific key assigned to the battery you are trying to unlock.

Troubleshooting Key & Lock Issues

• Key Will Not Turn: If you are using the correct key and it will not turn, gently move the key slightly in and out while applying light turning pressure.
  Caution: Do not force the key, as this can bend the key or damage the lock cylinder.
• Key Turns, But Battery Will Not Release: Gently wiggle the battery while turning the key to relieve tension on the locking pin latch.
