Our bikes require the battery, display, controller, and all other integrated items to be connected and in working order for the bike to function correctly.

What should I do if my key is not working to unlock the battery?

If it’s a dual battery bike, please make sure you are using the proper key for that battery as the batteries are not typically keyed alike. If you’re sure it’s the right key and it doesn’t turn at all, please try moving the key in and out some while
