If you are experiencing display or electrical issues, follow these step-by-step troubleshooting instructions to perform a power cycle and inspect your connections.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Power Cycle the Bike: Remove the battery and perform a full power cycle. For detailed instructions, please visit our Power Cycle Guide.
- Inspect Display Connections: Disconnect the wiring on the back of the display and inspect the plug for any physical damage or bent pins.
- Reconnect Harness: Align the directional arrows on both cable connectors so they point directly at each other, then push firmly to seat the connection.
- Check for Error Codes: Power the bike back on and note any error codes displayed on the screen.
