Below are key troubleshooting steps to help you identify the issue and get your Grizzly battery working again.<h2 data-end="116" data-start="65" id="isPasted">1. Check the Charger&#x2019;s LED Indicator Light</h2>Your charger has an LED light that provides important information about the charging status:<ul data-end="534" data-start="214"><li data-end="264" data-start="214">Solid red light &#x2192; The battery is charging.</li><li data-end="322" data-start="265">Solid green light &#x2192; The battery is fully charged.</li><li data-end="404" data-start="323">No light at all &#x2192; There may be an issue with the power source or charger.</li><li data-end="534" data-start="405">Flashing red or flashing red and green &#x2192; This may indicate a battery issue. Please contact us for further assistance.</li></ul>If the LED is not lighting up: &#x2705;&#xA0;Check the outlet &#x2013; Try plugging the charger into a different outlet to rule out a power issue. &#x2705; If the LED still does not turn on, contact us for assistance.<h2 data-end="982" data-start="938" id="2-check-the-batterys-charge-level">2.
