Do you cover shipping costs?

We cover the shipping cost for all Ebikes (excluding parts/accessories that ship from a separate warehouse).

Do your ebike shipments require a signature when delivered?

Yes, please plan accordingly. You'll receive a tracking number via email with an ETA once in transit.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We cannot ship ebikes to PO boxes per carrier policy.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Fedex, USPS & UPS.

Can I pick up my bike(s) locally instead of via shipping?

We do offer pick-ups locally from our third party fulfillment center in Sumner, WA. You may be eligible for an $80 refund after the pick-up is complete depending on discounts used with the purchase already. The bike will be available to pick up on th

Accessories ship from a separate warehouse so they will not ship with the bike(s) and will have separate tracking numbers provided.

We’re only shipping/selling within the lower 48 US States.

Do you ship to Hawaii?

We do not at this time due to extremely high shipping costs.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email when items ship.
