What could cause an issue with loss of drive power to the rear wheel?Updated 20 days ago

The first step is to take the battery off and power cycle your bike. 

You can watch this tutorial for how to perform a power cycle on your ebike.

In order to do so, when the battery is out, please turn on the display until it turns off itself. 

This process is to get rid of the residual current in the cables to avoid any shorts. 

After that, please check the following: 

• Unplug your controller to motor connection, and send photos of the pins on both sides. I have provided photos below for you to replicate.
• Please use a flash or light to make sure we can see inside these plugs in the pictures. 
• Kindly observe the cable coming out of the motor all the way to the controller side, and check for any cuts or nicks. 
• If there are any signs of damage, please send photos for reference, 
• Check the motor cable where it leaves the hub, pull the spring back, and check for any damages.
