X‑Class 60V: Bike won’t turn onUpdated a month ago

Quick reset

When your bike will not power on the issue can usually be resolved by retracing your steps and going through the start up process once more. 

1. Power the bike off and on again by pressing the power button on the frame of the bike.
2. Attempt to turn the bike on at the display.

If the screen stays dark

1. Turn the bike off by pressing the power button on the frame.
2. Use the key to remove the battery from the bike.
3. After 60 seconds reinstall the battery and power the bike on.
4. If the bike will not power on please contact us through our contact form.
