X‑Class 60V: Bike powers on but dies while ridingUpdated 20 hours ago
Likely causes
There are a few things that can cause your bike to turn off while you are riding.
- Loose main harness connection
- Voltage dipping under load (low battery or cold pack)
- Cable Damage
Fix it
- Make sure the bike is turned off at the frame and let the bike rest for 10 minutes and then power it back on.
- Reseat the main harness and battery connectors (look for heat marks or bent pins).
- Charge the battery above 56 V, then test ride on PAS 1–2.
