X‑Class 60V: Bike powers on but dies while ridingUpdated 20 hours ago

Likely causes

There are a few things that can cause your bike to turn off while you are riding.

  • Loose main harness connection
  • Voltage dipping under load (low battery or cold pack)
  • Cable Damage

Fix it

  1. Make sure the bike is turned off at the frame and let the bike rest for 10 minutes and then power it back on.
  2. Reseat the main harness and battery connectors (look for heat marks or bent pins).
  3. Charge the battery above 56 V, then test ride on PAS 1–2.
  4. Still cutting off? Open a ticket through our contact form and attach a short video of the behavior.
