Restore Power
Often times when the bike feels like it is less powerful or isn't as fast as it used to be this can be a bit of an illusion, as you have acclimated to the power that the bike has.
However it is also important to know that the bike will reduce its power output to protect the electrical components from getting over heated through intense use. If you are riding at top speed for longer period of time the bike will automatically reduce the throttling capability. Reducing your speed will help alleviate the stress on the electronic parts. You may want to also:
- Power the bike off by pressing the main metal power button on the frame of the bike, and power it back on.
- Ensure the battery is fully charged
- Make sure the tires are inflated to 30 PSI.
