Check the cadence sensor

When the pedal assist isn't working, the first step is always to make sure that the cadence sensor is properly installed and free from damage.

1. Find the cadence sensor on the crank and verify it's fully snapped in place around it's perimeter.
2. Restart the bike and pedal in PAS 1.
3. Still no assist? Inspect the PAS cable and plug for damage and reseat the plug.
