X‑Class 60V: Throttle not respondingUpdated 19 hours ago

If your throttle is not responding there are a couple of things that could be causing this. These are easy to check and in most cases will have you back on the road in not time.

Step-by-step

1. Check your display for the motor cut off symbol.
   1. If the red exclamation mark is on your display check to make sure that your brakes are fully disengaged. Otherwise:
2. Turn the bike off.
3. Unplug the purple 3‑pin throttle connector and inspect for bent or pushed pins.
4. Reconnect until it clicks, then power on and test.
5. If Error 05 appears, or the throttle will still not engage — contact support through the contact form listed below.
