Checklist

There may not always be an error code that comes up when the motor isn't working right. Often this means that the cause of the issue is mechanical or otherwise not interfering with the motor's communication with the controller. The following check list will help narrow down what the cause may be.

1. Check to see if the brake icon is illuminated on the display. It is a red (!). If it is, the brake motor cutoffs may need to be adjusted
2. Power the bike off. Unplug/replug the throttle and PAS connectors then power the bike on and test for functionality.
3. Lift the rear wheel and test throttle in PAS 1.
4. Still no spin? Submit a ticket and include a short video and photos of the connectors.
