We've listed the saddle height from the ground on each ebike's product page. Kindly check your inseam length while wearing shoes. If this number is close to the seat height, it'll likely fit you.

Do you have an Ariel Rider ebike for kids?

Sadly, we do not. We don't recommend anyone under the age of 16 ride our bikes due to safety concerns.

Can I pay extra for a custom paint job?

I'm afraid we don't offer any customized paint options for any of our bikes.

Where are Ariel Rider bikes made?:

Our parts are sourced globally, as we’re using reputable manufacturers for parts that are coming from China, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc.

What warranty comes with the bike?

All of our bikes have a 1 year warranty (From the delivery date) against all manufacturing defects. If it is determined that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will send a shipping label to return to us for inspection and send out a re
